This past year Mike was my agent in both selling my home and purchasing another home, an adventure that spanned about 7 months.  He is professional, extremely detail oriented and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls in a timely way.  Communication was top on my list and Mike is a great communicator.  He guided me through the process of getting my house ready for sale and he took care of a multitude of details.  He’s very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest rules and regulations.  I looked for several months until I found “my perfect house” and when I found it, he guided me through that time-sensitive process.  You might think, “All agents do that.  That’s their job.”  But In the past I’ve had some other agents that did not respond in a timely manner and didn’t particularly care about details or great customer service.  That makes all the difference in the world.  If I could give Mike Sperling 10 stars instead of 5, I would do so without reservation.  Anyone who needs to sell or purchase a home would be lucky to have Mike as their agent.
